Cancellation conditions
For direct bookings with Hotel Albert 1 the cancellation conditions below apply, unless other conditions are expressly stated for the rate booked.
Cancelling or changing a reservation
Up to 7 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge. After that, and in the event of a no-show, we charge 100% of the total booking amount.
Important additional conditions
Early departure
If you leave earlier than originally booked, the full reserved stay is charged.
Delays or transport problems
Delays, strikes, traffic jams, train or flight problems and other transport problems do not give the right to a free cancellation or a refund.
Changing the reservation
A change of dates, room type or length of stay is handled according to the cancellation conditions of the original reservation and always depends on availability.
Special rates
Non-refundable rates, promotional rates, packages, group reservations or bookings via certain booking platforms may have different conditions. The conditions stated during booking then apply.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax of Bruges is currently € 4.20 per person per night and is not included in the room rate. It is settled during your stay.
